Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: April 14, 2025

Welcome to Rocky Mountain Technical Trades School ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing our website at www.rockymountaintechtrades.com or enrolling in our courses, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Website and Services

By using our site and enrolling in our programs, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent, and that all information you provide is accurate and current. You agree not to use our site or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

2. Course Enrollment & Access

When you enroll in a course, you are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access the course materials for your personal, educational use only. You may not share, sell, reproduce, or redistribute any course content without prior written permission.

Course access is typically granted for 12 months from the date of enrollment. Extensions may be granted upon request, at our discretion.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, branding, images, text, and videos on this site are the intellectual property of Rocky Mountain Technical Trades School or its partners. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

4. Payment & Refunds

Course fees must be paid in full at the time of enrollment unless other arrangements are made (e.g., through WIOA funding). Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

5. WIOA and State Grant Participation

Students using WIOA or other government funding must meet all eligibility requirements and comply with any reporting or verification requested by the funding agency. We reserve the right to delay course access until funding is confirmed.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services and materials are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that completion of a course will result in job placement or certification—though we do provide the necessary training to prepare you for certification exams.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rocky Mountain Technical Trades School shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use—or inability to use—our services or materials.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. Please check back periodically.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles.
