WIRE YOUR FUTURE IN THE TRADES

electrical-hero.jpg
ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN

Electricians keep homes, shops, and light-commercial buildings powered  and Montana and Idaho keep needing more of them. Across the Mountain West, new construction, remodels, and maintenance work create steady demand for entry-level electrical apprentices and helpers who show up jobsite-ready with safety credentials and fundamental wiring skills.

Whether you want a registered apprenticeship pathway or an entry-level helper role with a local contractor, electrical is a trade with long-term career mobility — from residential service to maintenance electrician tracks.

Graduates of this program pursue roles such as Electrical Apprentice, Helpers — Electricians, and Maintenance Electrician Helper. Many continue into registered apprenticeship programs through IEC, NECA-IBEW, or municipal utilities, where pay and responsibility grow with field hours and licensing.
